Welcome! I’m Charlotte, a Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer, ready to help you smash your goals. From beginners taking their first steps in the gym, to those wanting to level up their fitness, recover from injuries, or enhance athletic performance,  I’ve got a tailored plan for you. Let’s get stronger, fitter, and more confident together!

About Me

Hi, I’m Charlotte! I have a degree in Sports Therapy and I’m currently working to level up my Personal Training qualification to the highest it can be.

 

My approach to training goes beyond just workouts. I focus on your lifestyle, nutrition, goals, and current fitness levels to create a personalised plan that truly works for you.

I can create tailored plans for everyday gym sessions to help you stay consistent and make progress, as well as specialised programs for injury rehabilitation, and sport-specific fitness. So whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for performance, or just looking to improve overall fitness, I can help you reach your goals safely and effectively.

When I’m not training clients, you’ll usually find me playing rugby, hiking, or cheering on my favorite sports teams.

 

I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and motivated on their fitness journey, and I’d love to help you do the same!

What are the types of services?

In-person session:

Join me at the gym for a one-on-one session where I’ll guide you through tailored workouts, teach proper technique, and push you towards your goals in real time. Every session is fully customised to your needs and fitness level.

Online plan:

For those seeking flexibility, I offer a structured remote coaching service. We begin with a consultation to discuss your goals, lifestyle, and training history. From this, I design a 6–8 week personalised plan tailored specifically to you. This plan provides clear direction and accountability, giving you the tools to progress confidently.
